ScopeVERTEBRATE ZOOLOGY (formerly ZOOLOGISCHE ABHANDLUNGEN) is a scientific journal published by the Museum of Zoology Dresden, Germany. The official website of the journal is hosted at www.senckenberg.de/vertebrate-zoology. Research fields covered by VERTEBRATE ZOOLOGY are the systematics, taxonomy, phylogenetics,
genetics, morphology/anatomy, ecology, biogeography, faunistics, and palaeontology of vertebrates. We ask authors to carefully follow the Instructions for authors, available online at the journal’s website.
All manuscripts will be reviewed by two referees.
